My kid dropped this thing twice already and, somehow, it’s still working just fine. It’s got a few bumps, but nothing major. Guess it’s a tough phone.

They did fix the issue in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the constant reminders were a bit much and felt aggressive. I would’ve preferred a calmer follow-up process instead of being pushed so often.

The return process took way longer than it should have. I get that things can take a little time, but come on now, it shouldn’t be this much of a hassle just to send something back

I ended up buying from NuuMobile because the prices were a lot lower than most other places I looked at. The phone works fine for everyday stuff, which is really all I needed it for. It’s not perfect or anything, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it..

I’d already checked a few places and was tired of chasing stock updates and dealing with vague backorder stuff. nuumobile actually had the model I wanted available, and the ordering process was straightforward. Thankfully, there was no surprise backorder message after I paid, which was a relief at that point. Happy with how it turned out.

I got my phone set up way faster than I thought I would. The steps were simple, and uh, I didn’t have to contact support or mess around trying to figure out anything confusing. Everything basically worked right away, which was really nice. Always a relief when something just does what it’s supposed to.

I did eventually get the replacement, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up with them twice to get things moving. It was just more effort than I feel like it should’ve been.

My phone charges really quickly with this, faster than I thought it would. I haven’t had any issues so far, and it just makes things feel a lot less stressful when I’m low on battery.

I picked this up after seeing a few other people say it felt sturdy, and so far I’d agree. The phone feels solid in hand, the quality seems good, and it’s been working fine for everyday use. No complaints yet.

I picked up my NUU phone a few weeks ago, i just assumed the battery would be average at best. But it’s been really solid so far. I charge it overnight, and it easily lasts me through the next day without me stressing about finding a charger.

I’m on maps, playing music, scrolling around, all the usual stuff, so I kind of expected it to drain faster. Turns out I was wrong, which is a nice surprise. Happy with it overall

I really liked how clean and simple the site looked. The colors and layout were easy on the eyes, and it was actually useful without feeling cluttered like some phone sites can.

I picked up a Nuu phone a few weeks ago because I really didn’t want to drop a ton of money on a new phone. So far, it’s been better than I expected for the price. The battery gets me through the day, the screen has been totally fine for everyday use, and it handles all the basic stuff I need like texting, browsing, and apps. After using it for a bit, I’d say the camera is probably the weakest part, but I kind of expected that going in. Shipping was decent too, nothing super fast but no issues. Overall, I’m happy with it for what I paid. Not perfect, but definitely good value.

In the end, I’d give it 4 stars. I had to reach out to nuumobile.com about an issue with my order, they replied faster than I thought they would. It did take a couple of messages back and forth to get everything sorted, but the support person was helpful and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle. Not a perfect experience, but overall I was happy with the customer service.

The phone itself was fine, no major complaints there... but dealing with tech support was frustrating. I had to wait days between replies, and they kept asking me the same questions over and over. It did get fixed in the end, but it felt way slower than it needed to be.

The phone itself works fine, but the storage is just too limited for my standards. I don’t even feel like I’m a heavy user, just a handful of apps and some photos, and it already keeps warning me that space is low. I expected it to handle normal everyday use a bit better, so it’s been annoying

I was able to find what I needed fast. There were maybe one or two spots that felt a little unclear at first, but it wasn’t a big deal and the site was easy enough to use overall.

Set it up with my carrier and didn’t run into any network issues at all. that’s all I was hoping for, nice when something just works for once.
